What is Art? One could write many pages and still not find a conclusive answer to such an abstract term. But in many ways, this is what makes art so endlessly captivating. So, for this issue of MATTER magazine, we shift the focus to that very question. What makes art so mesmerizing? To tackle such a monumental task, we turned to the experts - professionals who eat, sleep and breathe art on a daily basis in academia, conservation, creation, and business.

Faster, Higher, Stronger: July 31 - Sept 28

Showcasing the latest material innovation and trends in the sports arena, this new exhibit features examples from Speedo, Nike, Adidas, Hermès, Puma, Zai Skis, New Era, Vibram and many others, some of which were at the Olympic Games in London.
