The company is currently exploring the rich Indian biodiversity to isolate new color producing microbes that are synthesized in bioreactors at scale using eco-friendly solvents and less water. Applications include dyeing and screen printing of textiles.

Through the Plast-E-Cycle process, the team have closed the loop using hard to recycle materials from various streams to make high-quality resins, packaging at scale and lower cost than virgin. Until now this material was used for screen printing, but the company has been working for two years to develop this mesh for applications in new markets including apparel.
